We took a drive out to Bar Harbor on Tuesday, stopping at Bartlett Winery and Ruth and Wimpy’s on the way. At Ruth’s  we had another lobster roll, and had our picture taken with Wilbur. Bar Harbor was nice, but I couldn’t help but feel it was Estes Park with water instead of mountains. That night we tried grilling lobsters. I parboiled them for a couple of minutes, split them and pulled out the tomalley.  I don’t think I was vigilant enough with the basting because they turned out sort of dry. They were still yummy with a New York  Strip on the side.
